Ricardo Vazquez Garcia
Born in Austin, TX
I am a recent graduate from the University of North Texas. I am originally from Austin, Texas but still currently live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
I first picked up a camera in middle school during my first journalism class. Since then I have participated in several programs like interning with The Fund for American Studies in Washington, D.C. I also served as Visuals Editor and Digital Media Manager for my collegiate news publication, The North Texas Daily. During my time at UNT I was also a member of the Zeta Theta chapter of Phi Kappa Tau.
Now, I plan continue my career path in photography. I enjoy every type of photography including news, music and portrait. I am also well-versed in social media and hope to continue my work in digital media.
